It doesn't seem possible that we have been using HotSpring Spas for nearly twenty years. When we came home from LA in 1988 we brought one back with us and it served us very well until we decided to upgrade to a modern model about 3 years ago.We chose the Sumatran and we have twenty minutes or so "in the tub" most days. House guests also make for the tub without the need to invite them twice.From the time we placed the order to the present day we have had excellent service from your company. Service includes the initial meeting with you, processing of our order, supply of chemicals, the smooth removal of the old tub and the installation of the new one...

We have owned a Tiger River Bengal Spa for seven years now and have very much enjoyed using it. Both our family and friends have enjoyed it too and at times it has been difficult to get them out of it! One of the reasons we chose a Tiger River Spa was the high standard of build quality and we are pleased to say the pool looks and performs as good as new. On the few occasions we experienced a problem, HotSpring have always been very helpful and professional and any repairs carried out quickly. We are also very lucky to have Pam and Rebecca the local Reading showroom, who were very informative, especially in the first few months of ownership where we were learning about maintaining water quality. They are also pleased to see you when you pop in for supplies. We have recommended HotSpring spas to friends and family and would continue to do so.

With reference to our Jetsetter hot tub it goes down as one of our better buys. Everything that was said to us by the team at Reading was very helpful and truthful. The team who set it up for us was very professional as well. Full marks for all your staff.We now use it at least once a day and have four generations using it including our 3 month-old Great Grand daughter.
